Montgó, Arenal and the rest are not the same renovation
On the Montgó slopes and in Tosalet you mostly find detached villas on their own plot, where the usual issues are rising damp in half-buried lower floors, flat roofs past their service life and pools with obsolete filtration. Around the Arenal and Cap Martí there are more apartments and townhouses: faster jobs, but subject to the owners' association and with sea-facing windows that take a beating from salt.
Working while you are not in Spain
Many of our Jávea clients live in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium and follow the works through photographs. That is why we agree a fixed, itemised quote before starting, send a weekly report with photos and video, and never add an item without your written approval. If you need us to take delivery of materials or let a technician in while you are away, we handle that too.

What people ask us before starting
There is damp on the lower floor of my villa. Does a renovation fix it?
On the Montgó it is very common and painting over it solves nothing. It has to be established whether it comes from the ground, from failed waterproofing or from a thermal bridge, and the cause treated before any finish goes on. Otherwise it is back by the first winter.
Will everything be handled in English?
Yes. The same person runs the job from start to finish and speaks English and Spanish, and the quote, the contract and the weekly reports come in whichever language you prefer.
